Margaret Loperfido brings 15 years of experience as a Landscape Architect to the project team. She is a CLARB certified and licensed Landscape Architect with diverse experience and areas of expertise including planning and design of private and public spaces such as campuses, streetscapes, plazas, parks (neighborhood to regional), open space and trails as well as residential landscapes. Her experience as a Landscape Architect has ranged from large scale planning and design projects to small scale detailed site design. Her desire to support a strong sense of community through the design of outdoor spaces is complimented by her deep respect for nature and her inspired design ideas. Her communication skills and her experience with the design and construction documentation process all assist in bringing projects to successful completion.

Margaret brings a high level of energy to each of her projects with an emphasis on team and client collaboration. This approach has lead to numerous creative and innovative design solutions. She is committed to developing long term solutions that are financially, socially and environmentally responsible. Margaret is skilled in many computer applications that assist in the design process.
